High Pressure Paddlewheel Flow Sensor – FLS F3.20

The FLS F3.20 is a robust paddlewheel flow sensor engineered for operation in high-pressure systems and demanding temperature conditions. It is designed for use with all solid-free liquids, provided they comply with the chemical compatibility of the wetted materials. Premium-grade components, such as a stainless steel body/shaft and a Halar® rotor, ensure excellent mechanical strength and proven reliability.

Requiring minimal maintenance, the F3.20 allows easy servicing through a 4-screw assembly and a durable graphite flat gasket. The sensor is available for seamless integration with FLS monitors or for direct PLC connection.

For installation, a stainless steel weld-on adapter is offered, suitable for pipe sizes ranging from 1 ½” to 8” (DN40 to DN200).
