ABS Nipple Spigot

The ABS Nipple Spigot is a versatile pipe fitting designed to extend pipe runs or provide a seamless connection between fittings and pipes in a straight line. Manufactured from premium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic, it offers excellent durability, impact resistance, and long-term reliability in both industrial and plumbing applications. Built in compliance with ISO 15493, BS 5391, and ASTM D2467 standards, this spigot fitting ensures precision, safety, and compatibility with modern piping systems.

Featuring spigot (plain ends) on both sides, the Nipple Spigot is suitable for direct socket welding or joining with couplers, allowing secure and leak-proof connections. It is designed for pressure ratings of PN 10–PN 15 (up to ~150 PSI at 20°C) and can operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. Resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, and salts, but not recommended for strong solvents or hydrocarbons, this lightweight yet robust fitting is an essential solution for efficient fluid handling systems.
