CPVC Union
The CPVC Union is a high-performance pipe fitting designed to connect two CPVC pipes while allowing for easy disassembly without cutting the pipe. It consists of three parts — two end connectors and a central threaded nut — providing a strong, leak-proof joint. Made from durable Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC), this union fitting is ideal for applications that require periodic maintenance, inspection, or reconfiguration of the piping system, especially in hot and cold water lines and chemical processing environments.
CPVC Union
Key Feature of CPVC Union
- Releasable Joint: Enables easy removal and reconnection of piping without damaging the pipe system.
- High Temperature Resistance: Performs reliably in systems operating up to 93°C (200°F).
- Excellent Chemical Compatibility: Resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and various industrial fluids.
- Durable and Rigid Design: Built for strength and long-term use under demanding conditions.
- Leak-Proof Seal: Threaded nut design with O-ring or gasket ensures tight, secure sealing.
- Non-Corrosive and Rust-Free: Ideal for aggressive environments and water systems.
- Safe for Potable Water: Manufactured from lead-free, non-toxic materials.
- Easy Installation and Maintenance: No special tools required for assembly or disassembly.
