PPH Elbow 90°

The PPH Elbow 90° is a high-performance thermoplastic pipe fitting designed to redirect flow at a right angle (90 degrees) in industrial piping systems. Made from polypropylene homopolymer (PPH), this elbow fitting offers excellent chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, and long-term durability under demanding operating conditions. It is widely used in industrial applications where aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, or corrosive fluids are present.

PPH 90° Elbows are ideal for connecting two PPH pipes of the same diameter at a right angle, helping to navigate piping layouts without compromising flow integrity. They are available in various diameters and pressure ratings, with socket weld or butt weld end connections.

PPH Elbow 90°

Key Feature of PPH Elbow 90°
  • Material: Manufactured from high-grade Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) – ideal for industrial and chemical processing systems.
  • Angle: Precisely molded 90° bend for efficient directional change in pipeline layouts.
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance: Withstands acids, alkalis, salts, and many aggressive solvents.
  • High Temperature Tolerance: Suitable for continuous operation at elevated temperatures (up to 90°C – 100°C depending on pressure).
  • Corrosion-Free Performance: Immune to rust, scaling, and biofilm build-up, unlike metal fittings.
  • UV & Weather Resistant: Can be used in outdoor installations without degradation from sunlight or harsh weather.
  • Low Thermal Conductivity: Reduces heat loss or gain in fluid transfer systems.
  • Non-Toxic & Food Safe: Available in variants compliant with potable water and food-grade requirements (upon request).
  • Weldable Joints: Compatible with butt welding and socket fusion techniques for leak-free connections.
  • Wide Size Range: Common sizes include DN15 to DN315 (½” to 12″ and more, depending on availability).
